Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Mixing or combining ingredients (raw materials) into a vessel following a present formula
- Sourcing raw materials from our Raw Material Dispensary
- Weighing raw materials
- In charge of equipment cleaning at the end of each day
- Assure that containers and liners are available for batching
- Assure all raw materials are available
- Make timely material requests
- Guarantee that all raw materials are aligned with the batch card and enter lot # for all raw materials on the batch card
- Responsible for receiving all raw materials for bulk to verify lot
numbers, item name & weights
- Align with either the Manager or Asst. Manager for the daily mixing schedule
- Verifying raw materials for the batch & documenting all information on the batch card process
- Follow the batch card formula & record all adjustments to the batch card process
- Responsible for making drawdown on a Leneta card
- Responsible for collecting & labeling samples once shade target is achieved

Requirements:
- Proper PPE must be worn at all times (safety glasses, steel toe shoes, etc.)
- Great attention to detail and able to follow instructions
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Good math skills, including understanding measurement units (g, kg, lb, l, gal, %, etc).
- Previous experience as a compounder is a plus
- Must have a experience with color ie..color and shade matching
