Job description

Sofidel America is a manufacturer of tissue products for domestic and hygienic use, focused on operational excellence, quality, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a Converting Raw Material Warehouse Coordinator to support raw material activities within converting and warehouse operations through strong coordination, inventory control, and collaboration with cross functional teams.
The Converting Raw Material Warehouse Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring accurate raw material inventory, efficient material flow to converting operations, and timely availability of materials required for production. This position works closely with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams to support daily operations. This position reports to the Integrated Warehouse Supervisor, CNV Warehouse Supervisor, or Raw Material Supervisor, depending on the site and operational structure.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily movement of raw materials from warehouse storage to converting production lines
Ensure raw materials are staged and delivered to production in alignment with production schedules
Monitor raw material inventory levels and ensure accuracy within inventory systems
Complete inventory transactions including receipts, issues, and transfers
Support and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories
Investigate and assist with resolving raw material inventory discrepancies
Communicate material needs, shortages, and issues with Production, Logistics, Quality, and Warehouse teams
Support staging and material flow to minimize downtime and production disruptions
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to material flow, inventory accuracy, and warehouse efficiency
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience in warehouse operations, raw material coordination, inventory control, or manufacturing support
Experience in a converting or manufacturing environment preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Experience with ERP or inventory management systems preferred, SAP a plus
Forklift experience preferred
