Working Status: Full-Time


JOB SUMMARY

The Raw Material Coordinator is responsible for the coordinating all raw material (including partial/blend and rework drums/pails) staging activities within the Conventional Department. In addition, "spare time" is expected to be utilized in assisting in the Conventional Packaging Process. 

Requirements

  • Preparation/Conditioning of raw materials and finished goods in advance of consumption needs, which will include coordinating the availability of oven space and utilizing the appropriate temperature settings to preserve the integrity of the raw materials/finished goods being conditioned.
  • Sampling raw materials and finished goods for moisture or NCO analysis.
  • Package urethane batches as required - utilization of spare time to support the Conventional Packaging Process is expected.
  • Supply accurate/detailed information (material type, Lot#, etc.) to the Batch Ticket Preparer to ensure that Batch Tickets reflect the actual Lot of the material being consumed. 
  • Use of SAP to print labels - as required.
  • Physically able to perform duties in a safe and efficient manner. 
  • Maintain inventory and preparation of Part Drums for blending process.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Operator Level CRC Scores Required.
  • Previous experience in Industrial Manufacturing environment.
  • Forklift Certification.
  • Computer skills in Microsoft programs Excel and Word.
  • Ability to multi-task with emphasis on Safety and Quality.

PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Some college education.
  • Knowledge of the Conventional Packaging Operation.
  • Knowledge of raw materials utilized in the Conventional Operation is preferred.
