Client Relationship Manager

Duties:

*Primarily responsibilities are to serve as a liaison and facilitator between assigned clients and Newcourse to ensure product needs and service level agreements are adequately maintained. Must be able to maintain relationships with all levels of client’s staff and management.

* Preparation of all documentation and data, text, or word file submissions for the establishment of various new print products such as letters, billing statements, escrow analysis statements, payment books and checkbooks as well as change control documentation for changes to existing products.

*Ensure proper pricing is provided to billing control manager at the setup of a new product and/or when changes are made to the postage or components within an existing product.

*Preparation and submission of billing information for manual jobs or job processes not captured through the normal daily billing process.

*Interface with programming staff to provide effective information for the development of products based on client requests, review and provide sample documents to clients for formal approval, and implementation.

* Assist with the prioritization of production to meet expected turn times for printing and mailing.

* Preparation of various reports and scorecard data monthly to assigned client base, as applicable.

*Conduct weekly meetings, if applicable, via conference call with clients to discuss ongoing projects and/or concerns regarding specific products.

Experience/Requirements:

*Prior experience and knowledge of functions within the printing industry is preferred as is experience within the mortgage servicing industry.

*Strong customer service skills

*Should have experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Must be professional in all communication.

*Presentation skills

*Extremely detail oriented and must be able to multi-task in a high production and fast paced environment.

*Proofreading abilities as well as problem solving, and resolution skills required.

Education:

A minimum of a high school diploma.
