Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Interact with clients to understand their insurance requirements and provide customized recommendations.
Inbound Inquiries: Manage incoming inquiries efficiently, resolving queries, and proposing suitable insurance products.
Policy Management: Develop and propose insurance packages tailored to individual client needs.
Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to expand client coverage by offering complementary services.
Relationship Development: Cultivate lasting client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Continuous Education: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to deliver informed guidance.
Requirements
Licensing: Active Arizona Property & Casualty License preferred
Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a similar role is advantageous
Language Skills: Ability to speak English and Spanish is preferred for this role
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Customer Focus: Strong dedication to meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations
Adaptability: Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid remote setting and maintain productivity and collaboration
Team Player: Capable of collaborating with a team, fostering positive relationships, and contributing to a supportive work environment
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools to manage client interactions and data effectively
