As a Manufacturing Assembler and Production Worker, you will play a key role in our manufacturing production process, working closely with all team members to ensure that products are manufactured on time and to the highest standards of quality. The Manufacturing Assembler and Production Worker position is responsible for working as part of a team during the production, final assembly and packaging process. You will work within a friendly, hardworking team environment and have the opportunity for growth in learning how to operate a variety of manufacturing equipment and cutting edge new technologies. Additional responsibilities include the operation of various manufacturing machines, assisting our welders, and the fabrication of various components of our products.

Essential Job Functions

Operate safely and efficiently manufacturing equipment including punches, press brakes, sanders and tumblers
Follow instructions and procedures to ensure efficient and safe manufacturing processes
Team assembly and packaging of various product lines
Assisting senior welders with fixture loading and unloading
Perform quality checks on products and materials
Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives
