NOW HIRING: Rehab Support Worker
Winds of Change is currently hiring Rehabilitation Support Workers to join our growing team. This position is ideal for individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and passionate about helping others build healthier and more independent lives.
As a Rehabilitation Support Worker, you will work directly with individuals who are navigating recovery, mental health challenges, and life transitions. You will play an important role in supporting clients with everyday activities, encouraging personal growth, and helping create a stable and supportive environment where individuals can succeed.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys meaningful work and wants to make a lasting impact in the community.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide encouragement and direct support to individuals in recovery
  • Assist with daily living skills such as shopping, attending appointments, and participating in community activities, including transportation to appointments and social activities.
  • Participate in group activities, therapeutic sessions, and wellness programming
  • Collaborate with Case Managers and Therapists to implement individualized recovery plans
  • Support clients in overcoming challenges and recognizing personal progress
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment
