Our clients are working with a range of charities and private organisations to recruit passionate individuals like you for roles within Children's Residential, Domiciliary, Neuro services, and other specialisms as a Support or Senior Support Worker in Coventry.
If this sounds like you, we'd love for you to join our client as a Senior Support Worker in Coventry and the surrounding areas, playing a key role in delivering high-quality care and support.
Our clients provide services that range from supporting older people and children to helping vulnerable individuals on a recovery journey or assisting those with complex and challenging behaviours. Whatever the setting, the work is always highly rewarding!

What will your responsibilities be?

In this role, you will:

  • Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
  • Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
  • Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
  • Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed
