The primary objective of this role is to plan, manage and carry out the day-to-day HR activities.
Responsibilities
Ensure Paycor is updated with employee information and process status changes and terminations.
Point of contact for staff, ensuring all inquiries and matters are handled promptly
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes
Administer various human resource plans for the different employee types
Assist in communicating organization policies and procedures
Handle workers compensation and 401k programs
Manage all aspects of benefits package as well as leave requests
Ensure organization is legally compliant
Qualifications
3+ years of Human Resources Experience
Blue Collar Workforce experience
Hourly rate: $30-$35
Work Environment: 100% on-site in Columbus, OH
