• Present insurance policies to meet new client needs and goals
• Work in the agency office Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:30
• Potentially establish and grow an insurance agency
• Be competitive and coachable
• Generate new business with agency provided leads and referrals
• Build relationships with customers and vendors

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty TX insurance license
• Obtain Gen Lines Life, Accident, Health, HMO TX license w/in 30 days of hire Meet or exceed sales goals for new business
• Utilize exceptional communication and sales skills
• Complete University of Farmers online training programs
• Pass background check for state, federal and county criminal/financial history
