Loan Servicing Manager

WellI&Nest LLC is assisting a rapidly growing financial company specializing in providing loans to students. They are committed to empowering individuals with the financial resources they need to pursue their educational goals. As part of their expansion, they seek a talented and experienced Loan Servicing Manager to join their team. This position will be remote, offering flexibility and autonomy.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Manage Loan Servicing Operations: Oversee all aspects of loan servicing operations, including loan disbursements, repayment processing, account maintenance, and customer inquiries. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of loan servicing professionals to achieve operational excellence and deliver exceptional service to our borrowers. Provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and enhance loan servicing processes to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and enhance the borrower experience. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, risk management, and customer service, to align loan servicing activities with business objectives and strategic initiatives. Foster a collaborative and cohesive working environment.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and analysis to track key performance metrics, identify trends, and assess the effectiveness of loan servicing operations. Use insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing loan servicing operations, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Associate's degree or bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Salary:

The salary for this position is $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
