We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Roofing and Exterior Sales Representative to join our team. In this position, you will play a crucial role in educating customers about our company and services and successfully closing deals. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and submitting sales estimates, conducting on-site meetings with customers to evaluate their project needs, and delivering timely project estimates. It's essential for the ideal candidate to be self-driven, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a strong desire to excel in sales.

Responsibilities

Develop and cultivate strong relationships with customers
Conduct on-site estimates, evaluating homes to address customer needs
Travel to various locations for customer visits
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
Follow established company sales procedures
Document all leads, sales, and customer interactions using a customer relationship management (CRM) program
Utilize best practices in negotiation and sales techniques to successfully close deals

Qualifications

Previous experience in roofing and exterior sales
Excellent customer service skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and persistent nature
Ability to climb ladders for on-site evaluations
