Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our Litigation Division. This position is ideal for someone who is driven to excel in the fast-paced world of business litigation and is eager to make a direct impact on client outcomes. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, work collaboratively with seasoned attorneys, and contribute to our culture of success and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in a broad range of business-related disputes, including contract disputes, shareholder issues, real estate disputes, franchise disputes, business and intentional tort litigation, and commercial litigation.
Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs.
Conduct trials, mediations, and arbitrations.
Engage in rigorous legal research and provide strategic advice under the guidance of senior attorneys.
Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and advocating effectively on their behalf.
Contribute positively to the team-oriented environment of the firm.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice in the State of Georgia.
1-3 years of experience in litigation, preferably with exposure to business or commercial litigation.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
