Job Description

The JobSquad Solutions Team is currently looking for a Farm Maintenance Technician to work at a company located in the Martinsburg, WV area!

The world’s largest grower of distinctive leafy greens, including watercress, arugula, spinach, and ong choy.

Job Essentials:

Diagnose, Rebuild and Repair company vehicles and equipment under limited supervision.
Operation of vehicles and farm equipment for diagnostic purposes.
Understanding and completion of daily, monthly and quarterly inspections and PM’s of company vehicles and equipment.
Completion of all work orders with accuracy via EMAINT.
Assist with emergency and corrective action repairs.
Under guidance and supervision, ready Farm Equipment and Company Fleet for season start-up and shut down.
Maintain employee housing units, to include drywall repairs, plumbing and daily maintenance as assigned.
Maintain communication with Farm Manager.
Expected to take direction from supervisors and effectively and efficiently manage your time.
Be able to work a minimum of six days per week and 8-10 hours per day. Weekend work is often required.

Pay Rate: $18 - $25/hr.

Hours: Morning shift, tart running at 5am
