Job Description

Express Employment is partnering with a local Missoula farm. We are looking for reliable and hardworking Harvest Helpers to join our team for the upcoming season. This role is a great fit for individuals who enjoy working with people, being outdoors, and supporting local agriculture.

Harvest Helpers will assist with both customer-facing duties and farm work in the yard, helping ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly, helpful customer service
  • Check out customers and handle transactions accurately
  • Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked
  • Assist with farm work in the yard (including handling fruits and vegetables)
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Support general daily farm operations as needed
Qualifications
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
  • Able to stand for extended periods and perform light to moderate physical work
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
