Job summary
Handling and mixing all adhesive and silicone materials and special waste.
Essential functions
  • Mixing dispersion and gray adhesive
  • Handling all adhesives and silicone materials and special waste.
  • Provide adhesive to the lines on time
  • Conducting adhesive samples for quality purposes
  • Off load of tankers
  • Operate Bulk Tank farm
  • Work within Business Express(BE) for scheduling
  • Meet all quality requirements for all series

Hazardous Waste Responsibilities:
  • Identify Hazardous Waste
  • Ensuring proper containers are used for hazardous materials
  • Labeling Hazardous Wastes Containers and signifying Generation Start Date.
  • Move Materials Designated as hazardous wastes into Hazardous waste storage area
  • Complete Weekly Inspections using appropriate checklist

additional responsibilities
  • Ensure building safety and keep supervisor informed of any hazards or facility damage;
  • Maintains work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or other member of the management team
  • Follows prescribed safety regulations; wears proper PPE
  • Maintains an optimal level of product quality and adheres to ORAFOL's Quality Program.
