We are looking to add highly self-motivated Collection Representatives who are looking for a bonus check to capitalize their hourly. We are a COVID-19 CDC Compliant Safe Workplace. Collection Specialist

We provide the PAID training for you to Develop, Expand, and Master Your Collection Skills.

• Locating, Contacting, & Collecting funds due to our Clients.
• Articulating precise information on status of delinquent accounts.
• Comprehending and effectively relaying resolution ideas.
• Exhibiting exceptional interpersonal skills & professionally reacting to conflict.
• Possessing acute dictation skills in relaying consumer situations.
• Multitasking to meet or exceed production needs.
• Gaining Experience in Consumer Collections or Customer Service Responsibilities.

Minimum Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Must Be Able to Pass a National Background Check.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish preferred but not required
