First Impressions Coordinator - Landscaping

Silver Touch Landscaping is a leading provider of landscaping services, specializing in creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces for both residential and commercial clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated Coordinator of first impressions to join our team.

Our Landscaping company has been in business over 20 years and has several divisions including Supply Center, Dumpster Rental and Real Estate transactions.

The main responsibilities of a Coordinator of first impressions revolve around the ability to build relationships with our customers and tenants, manage our customer and tenant needs and be knowledgeable in a property management setting. There is a wide range of duties in this position, including to:

• Answer inbound telephone phone calls - Greet walk-in customers and well as appointments.
• You are the 1st point of contact with our customers.
• Customer service skills are important.
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining a schedule for our owner
• Maintaining customer contracts
• Preparing documents for digital signature
• Emailing out and receiving digital documents
• Scanning items as needed
• Filing
• General office support as needed
• Ordering supplies
• Ability to work with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Office, etc.)
• Ability to work with QuickBooks software
• Maintain customers in QuickBooks
• Creating sales orders in Quickbooks
• Organized individual
• Additional responsibilities to be assigned as needed

• Be knowledgeable about property management
• Identify prospective tenants
• Communicate with customers and tenants on a daily basis
• Emphasize the features of our landscape products as well as our properties to highlight how they solve customer and tenant problems
• Answer questions about the products and properties
• Prepare lease agreements
• Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors
• Maintain a positive customer service experience for our supply customers

What does a Coordinator of first impressions do?

Our Coordinator will manage not only our front desk where they will be the first level of communication between our supply customers and our management staff, but will also manage our property side as well. As our supply yard is getting established we will expect our coordinator to direct any staff or customers in the right direction with any questions they may have. Our Supply side of the business is growing so this position is shared with managing our other divisions of the company.

This will include Creating leases for potential tenants, renewing past leases, solving tenant issues, answering calls, showing properties to potential tenants, ect.
