Job Description
TITLE: Regional Nurse Manager/Administrator
REPORTS TO: Vice President, Nursing Services
STATUS: Full Time
JOB SUMMARYResponsible for the clinical management and scheduling of services for an assigned group of patients.
Responsible for overseeing the operations and management of the
Texas Home Health Agency.
REQUIREMENTS- Education:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Bachelors of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Licensed and registered as a registered nurse in necessary states.(based on practice area).
- Experience:
- At least five years of experience as a registered nurse, with a specialization in the home infusion industry including management experience.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in the management of central venous access devices, (CVADs).
- Experience and the ability to train clinical staff on the use of ambulatory infusion pumps used by AOM.
- Excellent peripheral IV skills and experience.
- PICC and Midline certified and experienced.
- Current CPR certification.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Fulltime Employment:
- 40hrs per week. Work week is Monday thru Friday
- Schedule determined by supervisor.
