This training typically includes coursework in healthcare administration, gerontology, regulatory compliance, and business management, as well as supervised practical experience. The goal is to equip future administrators with the knowledge and skills necessary to ensure high-quality care for residents, maintain regulatory standards, and effectively manage staff and resources.
