Position Summary: The Project Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction for our residential projects. This role includes scheduling, supervising trade partners, conducting site inspections, and ensuring that each phase of construction meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. As a leader within our organization, you will also train and manage Production Supervisors and Production Assistants, ensuring our teams are aligned and efficient.
Essential Job Functions:
- Organize and update construction schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Enforce quality control standards by regularly reviewing job sites.
- Maintain professional relationships with coworkers, trade partners, inspectors, and homeowners.
- Manage material orders and schedules, including deliveries and returns.
- Coordinate with government agencies for necessary inspections and represent the company during these inspections.
- Train and manage Production Supervisors and Production Assistants.
- Act as a liaison with utility companies for the installation and activation of services.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of construction sites.
- Conduct weekly communication with homeowners throughout the construction and warranty periods.
- Supervise site safety protocols and address any concerns immediately.
- Schedule and oversee warranty work according to company standards.
- Manage labor hours, scheduling, and payroll for direct reports.
- Monitor construction expenses and implement cost-control measures.
- Foster positive and effective relationships with trade partners.

Required Education and Experience:
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in residential construction or a related field.
- Understanding of construction management processes is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and inspection compliance is required.
