We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Commercial Real Estate Loan Originator to develop a new business in Dallas. This position is responsible for generating new business for Grand Pacific and cultivating relationships with prospects. Compensation:$100,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans
- Establish relationships with loan brokers
- Analyze loan applicants' financial strengths and weaknesses
- Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations
- Determine appropriate loan structures and pricing
- Meet with loan applicants and assess their financial needs
- Coordinate with all parties to facilitate loan closing, as needed
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum 2 years of commercial lending experience required
- Experience in construction loans preferred
- Ability to analyze financial statements
- Must be familiar with the real estate market in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio
- Strong credit analysis and accounting background
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong client relations skills
