Are you a talented and driven new attorney in Michigan ready to take on no-fault cases, negligence cases, and general personal injury cases? As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney with our firm, you will have the chance to work with a team of exceptional attorneys who are passionate about fighting for the rights of injured clients. You will be responsible for representing clients in court, conducting legal research and analysis, drafting pleadings and other legal documents, negotiating settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneys, and communicating regularly with clients to keep them informed of case status and progress.

Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and arbitration hearings
- Conduct legal research and analysis on cases
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Interview clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and defense attorneys
- Participate in case strategy meetings with other attorneys in the firm
- Communicate with clients regularly to keep them informed of case status and progress
- Attend court appearances and depositions
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Michigan Bar Association
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Trial experience preferred but not required
