PrideStaff is looking for an inside sales representative for a client in downtown Atlanta. Success in the Inside Sales Rep role requires a results-driven mentality with significant time on the telephone.

Must have previous metrics driven outbound sales experience 

Essential job requirements include:

• Call Center experience a Plus
• Telephone Sales and/or customer service background preferred.
• Professional speaking voice a must.
• Deliver presentations via telephone in a pleasant, professional, and confident manner
• Experience with prospecting and cold calling
• Creatively develop sales leads
• Prior success with one call close sales
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• Resilience and an ability to overcome objections

Keys to Success:

• Make 70 - 100 calls per day
• Accomplish targeted performance objectives consistently
• Possess exceptional customer service skills
• Have demonstrated experience working in a competitive and fast-paced environment
• Be computer literate in Windows operating system and proficient In MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Adhere to all company presentation guidelines and policies
• Be a person of honesty, ethics and integrity
• Possess high energy and strong desire to achieve top results
• Be highly self-motivated and dependable
• Possess the ability to effectively manage time and establish priorities
