SUMMARY
This role supports the strategic initiatives of ACA International through management of media and digital tools. In addition, manages the quality assurance, measurement and analysis of digital strategies in support of ACA’s objectives, coordinates content updates on digital media. This includes but is not limited to ACA’s website and other digital services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaise with Marketing, Communications, Events and Product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
Act as clearing house for digital content created by departments, managing the content to ensure it meets department standards and is in line with ACA’s strategic goals.
Edit or create videos for use on website or in marketing/social media efforts
Meet with departments regularly to review website content to determine what needs to be deleted, updated or added.
Collaborate on the daily operation of the website, including maintenance, adherence to brand and regulatory standards, ADA compliance and continuous, daily updates.
Make website changes and additions using WordPress, including adding new pages, updating the events calendar, creating campaign landing pages, and interfacing with outside vendors.
Maintain SEO performance for our keywords and pages by keeping content fresh and competitive. Optimize our pages for search engines by identifying strategic keywords that will secure our top-ranking positioning.
Act as the first point of contact for reported errors on the website. Implement fixes and/or delegate to department heads as needed.
Develop timely monthly data reports to support analysis and recommendations for each digital communication channel.
Clearly document problem areas, suggest solutions, and escalate to internal and external contacts as needed.
Stay up-to-date with digital media developments.
Work with ACA’s IT team and third-party vendors.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
Adobe Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop
Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Teams

Front-end coding skills: HTML, CSS
Familiarity with web design and content management systems
Excellent analytical and project management skills
An ability to perform under tight deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor’s degree/certificate in marketing, digital media, computer science or relevant field
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
JavaScript
Qualification in/experience with web design or animation
Copywriting/Editing experience
Prior professional video experience (or willing to learn new video production skills)
LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze and interpret common trade journals, financial reports and analytics
Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers and members
Ability to analyze, contribute and communicate the objectives of the Association’s and Department’s Strategic Plan

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Flexible remote environment with some in office days required
Preferred remote location in Minnesota but open to candidates with the right qualifications
