Broadcast Management Group (BMG) is a leading global broadcast production company providing managed services to major broadcast networks, corporations, and studios. BMG is a top producer of live multicamera news, sports, entertainment, and corporate broadcasts, and is recognized as an industry trailblazer for its use of cutting-edge, innovative technology.


The Digital Media Production Specialist supports our client's video, webcast, and podcast programming by managing live and recorded productions across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and the client's multimedia platforms. Reporting to the Director of Strategy and Business Operations for our client, this role plays a hands-on part in recording, editing, and coordinating content distributed to clients, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders.


Primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Record, edit, and package Microsoft Teams and Zoom meetings for on-demand playback and distribution to clients and financial advisors across the client's platforms.
Support live video productions and webcasts, including technical setup, run of show execution, editing, and real-time troubleshooting.
Assist with pre and post-production for podcasts produced through the the client's On-Air podcast platform, including audio cleanup, light audio editing, publishing support, and quality control.
Coordinate production logistics such as scheduling, talent prep, file management, and media archiving in partnership with the client's producers and operations teams.
Collaborate closely with production, communications, editorial, branding, compliance, and business partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of studio content.
Support continuous improvement of the client's digital production workflows, tools, and formats.
In addition to the core responsibilities above, this role requires adaptability and willingness to handle ad hoc tasks as business priorities evolve.


Preferred Qualifications:
3-5 years experience video/audio editing tools and video conferencing platforms (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
