As the Director of Inpatient Nursing Services, you'll lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional care within our state-of-the-art facility. With units including an 8-bed ICU, a 12-bed Med/Surg floor, and a 24-bed Med/Tele floor, you'll have the opportunity to make a profound impact on patient outcomes while fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for our nursing staff.

Responsibilities:

• Organize, direct, and supervise clinical and procedural units
• Ensure compliance with policies, safe staffing levels, and efficient patient throughput
• Manage department budget and oversee quality and performance improvement initiatives
• Invest in staff professional development and ensure completion of annual competencies
• Communicate important information to senior leadership

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
• Registered Nurse in North Carolina (or compact state)
• BLS within 30 days of hire, ACLS within 90 days of hire
• 3-5 years nursing experience in critical care unit
• 2-3 years leadership experience
