As a key member of our management team, the ADON Nursing Home will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our nursing home, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. This is a full-time opportunity for a dedicated and results-driven professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of our residents.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, including managing staff, scheduling, and patient care.

  • Collaborate with the facility's administration team to develop and implement policies and procedures that support our commitment to quality care.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws, including those related to nursing, infection control, and patient safety.

  • Foster a positive and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the activities of nursing home staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.

  • Conduct regular rounds to assess the quality of care and identify areas for improvement.
