As an Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON (RN - Registered Nurse), you will:
  • Supervise and evaluate nursing personnel performance
  • Actively participate in Quality Assurance and ensure Infection Control programs
  • Ensure customer service standards are being met within the nursing department and policy and procedures
  • Implement any new resident care programs or expansion of existing services policies and procedures
  • Provide orientation for the nursing department and in-service training for employees

Qualifications for an Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON (RN - Registered Nurse):
  • Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Previous managerial experience (preferred)
  • Excellent clinical, customer service and leadership skills.
