LutherPark Community is seeking an Interim ADON for Trinity Center at Luther Park Community,a 120-bed skilled nursing facility which specializes in Dementia Care. Ifyou are a skilled, compassionate nurse that is dedicated to making sure thebest quality of care is given, we want to talk to you! This interim position would begin as soon as all requirements are met and run until August/September of 2026.
โ€ข The ideal candidate has a love for the elderly, promotes teamwork, is agreat communicator and mentor to staff and is grounded in excellent residentcare.
โ€ข The ADON provides clinical management leadership and direction tonursing personnel through planning, organizing and carrying out nursingservices. Responsible for orienting all licensed personnel, regardless ofshift, to the facility. Responsible for instructing and supervising nursingpersonnel. Complies with established policies and procedures.
โ€ข โ€ข Minimum Job Requirements:
โ€ข โ€ข Must be a Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse who currently possesses a validlicense in good standing in the state of Iowa.
