Join us in the dynamic role of Outside Sales Metal Working Representative, where you'll be the driving force behind our metalworking product offerings in the city of Indianapolis, IN. What will your days entail? Picture yourself making impactful sales calls, unveiling exciting new opportunities, and showcasing promotions. Your mission: to not only secure new accounts but also to enrich existing ones by introducing them to additional product lines. Under the guidance of our Regional Sales Manager, you'll serve as the frontline ambassador for our company.

Here's a glimpse into your essential duties and responsibilities:

• Seamlessly conduct face-to-face meetings with customers, offering solutions to meet their needs.
• Cultivate and nurture relationships with both new and established clientele, ensuring a robust customer base.
• Offer cost savings as well as time savings with new and improved products in the industry.
• Harness the power of our CRM system to manage sales leads and customer accounts with finesse.
• Become a persuasive advocate for our product lines, educating customers on their financial benefits and future growth potential.
• Track and analyze your sales performance diligently, taking proactive steps to achieve individual and team goals.
• Stay ahead of the competition by monitoring market conditions and understanding customer needs inside out.

What do you need to thrive in this role?

• A solid background in the Tooling Industry, coupled with proven sales experience in customer acquisition.
• A working proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Stellar communication skills, both verbal and written with the understanding of customers’ needs to convey complex ideas effortlessly.
• A knack for organization and time management, allowing you to juggle multiple tasks with finesse.
• A self-motivated, go-getter attitude, complemented by strong leadership and problem-solving prowess.

Education and experience-wise, outside sales experience is a plus, but you must have a deep-rooted understanding of metalworking and tooling. While a college degree is preferred, equivalent experience will also be considered.
