Job Description

International food manufacturing corporation is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join the team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues.

Position: Sales Support Associate
Industry: Food Manufacturing
Location: Santa Fe Springs, CA / Los Angeles area
Pay: $21-26/hr (DOE) plus benefits
Status: Full time / Direct hire
Mon-Fri, 8:30-5:30

Job Duty:

Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account statuses and issues
Provide data and report to sales team
Keep record of sales trends
Stay up to date with new products and feature launches
Review pending orders and specific customers’ requests
Managing data entry and preparing sales materials
Research for new customers and contact appointments set up for sales teams including arrange samples for shipment
Answer all customer email inquiries
Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

An associate degree in marketing, business, or relevant field may be advantageous
Proven work experience as a Sales Support Coordinator role related role
Hands on experience with ERP and CRM systems
Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
