Description

The Group Sales Coordinator plays a key role in driving group business and creating exceptional guest experiences across Bristol Mountain, Bristol Mountain Aerial Adventures, Roseland Waterpark, Roseland Wake Park and Roseland Mini Golf.


This position is responsible for generating new group sales opportunities, managing existing accounts, and coordinating group visits from initial inquiry through day-of execution. In addition, the Group Sales Coordinator will support the Marketing & Group Sales Manager, Events Coordinator, and Guest Services Supervisor with initiatives related to marketing, sales, special events, public relations, and guest experience across all five properties.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, research, and develop new group sales leads and partnership opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, youth organizations, corporate groups, camps, and community organizations
  • Support the development of group sales materials, collateral, and promotional initiatives in collaboration with the Marketing & Group Sales Manager
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activity, outreach, and client communication
  • Represent the organization in sales meetings, presentations, and virtual/in-person client engagements
  • Coordinate group visit logistics and serve as a point of contact on arrival
  • Document all sales call information in a timely manner
  • Communicate group requirements clearly across departments including operations, guest services, and events teams
  • Ensure all internal teams are informed and prepared for scheduled group visits to deliver a seamless guest experience

Qualifications & Skills

  • Passion for the ski and snow sports industry and/or outdoor recreation and attractions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, engaging presence
  • Proven ability to build relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal, and guest-focused environment
  • Ability to handle guest concerns, objections, and high-pressure situations with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar business software
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a collaborative team

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time, year-round position (Category 1). Hours will vary seasonally and will include evenings, weekends, and peak operational periods. 


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
  • Frequent ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
  • Regular movement across resort properties as needed for group coordination and guest support
