The Dispatcher is responsible for:

Assisting in taking overspill client calls, recognizing that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company. Good communication with the client is essential!
Working alongside call center to schedule and assign calls to technicians
Work closely with technicians to schedule return calls for customers
Assign and dispatch calls to appropriate technicians based on skillsets of technicians and location of call
Enter close out information from technicians for proper reporting and accounting
Enter credit card information for technicians as needed
Dispatch new calls to technicians and be able to move calls in a fast manner as needed
Communicate with customers for scheduling calls and confirming appointments
Texting or calling technicians for dispatching next calls
File invoices and install folders
Other duties as assigned.
