WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, at our office in Winnetka, CA. The consistent weekday schedule provides reliability and structure for your workweek.


As a Plumbing Dispatcher - Customer Service Associate, you will spend your day answering incoming phone calls from customers, providing them with helpful and courteous assistance. You will be responsible for entering customer and job information into our computer system with accuracy. Dispatching service calls to our technicians promptly and efficiently will be a core part of your role. In addition, you will handle paper filing and perform other routine office duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the business.
