We are looking to hire a full-time Residential HVAC & Plumbing Dispatcher, in San Antonio, TX, to dispatch our technicians to heating and cooling jobs. Are you a customer service rock star? This dispatching position earns a competitive wage of $20 - $23 per hour, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESIDENTIAL HVAC DISPATCHER

In this dispatching position, you are crucial to the success of our company. Each day, you arrive at work ready to provide excellent customer service to our clients. You promptly answer their calls and thoroughly discuss any issues they are experiencing. Always organized and efficient, you schedule the appropriate services and dispatch our technicians based on their availability and skill level. A team player, you keep the lines of communication flowing between our customers and service team.

Our techs can always count on you to get them where they need to go on time. If there are delays, you keep the client updated. Additionally, you contact our customers when necessary and make sure they are completely satisfied with their services. You get great satisfaction in knowing you keep our heating and cooling company running smoothly, and you love helping our clients get the help they need fast!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL HVAC & PLUMBING DISPATCHER

• Customer service experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Service Titan experience is a plus

WORK SCHEDULE FOR A RESIDENTIAL HVAC DISPATCHER

This dispatching position typically works Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
