Assistant Building Engineer

Hours:
- Full time hours
- Monday - Friday
Job Requirements:
- Need to be able to do basic maintenance / odd jobs like changing filters, using basic tools, but also changing commercial lighting fixtures out, basic electrical, basic plumbing
- Supporting the Lead Building Engineer
- All Maintenance is In - House
- Able to lift/push/pull up to 50lbs.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in the field or related area
- Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of equipment being serviced and employ service procedures.
- Strong technical and problem-solving abilities including those related to mechanical controls.
- Familiarity with OSHA, NEC, NFPA, DEP and Life Safety codes is preferred.
- Effective communication skills, customer service skills, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize.
Pay Rate:
- $30-33/ hour
