Job Description

Lions Group is seeking an assistant project manager (APM) for a 15-story, ground-up commercial development in Flushing, Queens. Lions Group is the Owner, Developer and General Contractor of this site. This position will be largely fulfilled from the main office in Great Neck, Long Island to start, and quickly followed by transition to the field office upon vertical construction.

Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing all aspects of construction management
Assist in the subcontractor bidding process (assembling bid packages, scope and level sheets, contractor outreach, etc.)
Schedule and budget management
Prepare take-offs and sketches, as needed
Manage construction management software - Procore (RFIs, submittals, drawings, etc.)
Maintain logs (inspections, permits, deliveries, etc.)
Bank requisitions
Meeting agenda and minutes
Consultant and subcontractor coordination and communications

Bachelors degree required.
