Job Description

Key Personnel is seeking candidates for a Release Coordinator opening in a Tulsa, Oklahoma manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience establishing manufacturing process for new products including reading part prints, developing machining, fabrication or assembly processes, identifying tooling needs and tracking execution of plan for every part.

Release Coordinator Pay Rate: $52.56/hr.

12 month contract assignment

Release Coordinator Responsibilities:

Develop and Maintain PFER based on releases
Perform initial routing of parts in each Release based on contained information
Publish clear and concise PFER scorecards with details of where assistance is needed
Problem solve part availability issues with Material Planner
Review, package, and distribute release information to Manufacturing Engineering.
Manager, track, and communicate Manufacturing Engineering inputs to PFEP.
Own Manufacturing Engineering standard documentation developing tracking
Escalate release assistance to TBP Manufacturing ME’s

Release Coordinator Desired Skills:

Experience with establishing manufacturing processes for new products including reading part prints, developing machining, fabrication, or assembly process requires, identifying tooling needs, tracking execution of plan for every part
Experience documenting, tracking and executing large projects
Ability to work in a dynamic / collaborative environment
Experience & comfort presenting complex topics to leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Software Suite
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills with experience communicating with Data.
Experience in automotive or similar industry

Release Coordinator Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of product manufacturing experience or Master’s degree and at least 4 years of product manufacturing experience.
