The Release Manager in the Payments and Merchant Services Group with client is responsible for managing the end-to-end release process, ensuring the smooth and efficient deployment of software updates, patches, and new features. The role involves close coordination with development, QA, operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality releases within stipulated timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Release Planning and Coordination:

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive release calendar, coordinating with various teams to align release schedules.
- Lead release planning meetings and manage the release process from development through to production deployment.
Deployment Management:
- Oversee the deployment of software releases, patches, and updates, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
- Implement and manage release deployment pipelines and automation tools.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of releases.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with releases, ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management:
