En tant que Release Manager Salesforce, vous serez au cur de notre mission. Voici les principales responsabilites :

  • Planifier, coordonner et executer les mises en production Salesforce (releases majeures, mineures et correctifs) tout en assurant un processus de deploiement stable, controle et securitaire.

  • Gerer les environnements Salesforce (sandboxes, integration et production), les deploiements, le versionnement et la tracabilite des changements.

  • Collaborer etroitement avec les equipes de developpement, d'assurance qualite, les analystes d'affaires, les responsables produits et les architectes afin d'aligner les livraisons sur les priorites d'affaires.

  • Identifier les risques lies aux deploiements, mettre en uvre des strategies de mitigation et assurer la qualite ainsi que la conformite des livraisons.

  • Contribuer a l'amelioration continue des pratiques DevOps, des pipelines CI/CD, de la gouvernance des releases et des processus de livraison tout en assurant une communication efficace avec les parties prenantes.

Qualifications et connaissances recherchees :

  • DEC ou baccalaureat en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.

  • Tres bonne connaissance de la plateforme Salesforce, notamment des metadonnees, d'APEX, des objets standards, des API Salesforce et des evenements de plateforme.

  • Experience avec des outils DevOps Salesforce tels que Copado, Gearset, Jenkins ou equivalents.

  • Bonne maitrise de Git, du controle de versions et des pratiques CI/CD.

  • Comprehension des environnements Salesforce multi-org et des limites de gouvernance (Governor Limits).

  • Connaissance d'Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes et des environnements infonuagiques.

  • Experience avec Visual Studio Code, Salesforce CLI (sf-cli) et les principes Git Flow.

  • Connaissance des modeles d'architecture, des patrons de conception et de la modelisation UML.

  • Connaissance des architectures evenementielles (Kafka constitue un atout).

  • Interet pour les integrations Salesforce, notamment Einstein Activity Capture, Content Server et MuleSoft.

  • L'utilisation de l'intelligence artificielle, notamment Copilot, constitue un atout.
