Technical Change & Release Manager 
Role Summary
The Technical Change & Release Manager is responsible for governing production and pre-production releases across applications, payment rails, and shared platform services.
This role serves as the central coordination point between Application Teams, Devops, QA, Production Support, Architecture, Infrastructure, Product, and Leadership to ensure changes are planned, approved, validated, deployed, and closed with minimal oj The position owns release governance, change readiness, dependency management, release execution, and continuous improvement while driving a predictable, auditable, and scalable release operating model for project.
A key expectation of this role is the use of AI-driven tools and automation to improve release quality, reduce manual effort, identify deployment risks earlier, and accelerate release decision-making
Required Experience
7+ years of experience in Change Management, Release Management, Production Governance, DevOps Operations, Site Reliabi
or IT Service Management.
Experience managing enterprise release calendars, change governance processes, CAB reviews, deployment readiness, and F
implementation activities.
Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow Change Management, including Change Records, CASKs, approvals, configuration it
implementation workflows, and reporting.
