Release Managers also manage risks and resolve issues that may arise during the release process.

What are some common challenges faced by release managers during software deployment cycles?

Release Managers often encounter challenges such as coordinating across multiple teams to ensure all deliverables are ready on schedule, managing last-minute changes or bug fixes, and mitigating deployment risks. Additionally, they must balance the need for rapid releases with maintaining stability and minimizing downtime.
