About the Opportunity

Our client is an innovative technology company developing next-generation energy solutions that are transforming the way people manage and consume energy. They are seeking an Atlassian Administrator to own and continuously improve their enterprise collaboration and documentation platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for administering and optimizing Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, DocuSign, and Adobe Sign, ensuring these platforms are secure, scalable, and aligned with business processes. You'll play a key role in enabling collaboration, documentation governance, and operational excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize enterprise collaboration platforms, including Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, DocuSign, and Adobe Sign.
  • Configure and maintain Jira workflows, projects, automation, custom fields, and approval processes.
  • Design and maintain Confluence spaces, templates, permissions, and knowledge management structures.
  • Develop and maintain scalable workflows, schemas, and system configurations that support cross-functional teams.
  • Establish governance standards to ensure platforms remain organized, secure, and audit-ready.
  • Manage user permissions, security models, and access controls across collaboration platforms.
  • Maintain documentation structures, metadata, taxonomy, repositories, and document lifecycle processes.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and implement platform enhancements.
  • Drive continuous improvements to platform performance, adoption, and user experience.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience administering enterprise collaboration or SaaS platforms.
  • Advanced experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience with SharePoint, DocuSign, and Adobe Sign.
  • Strong experience configuring Jira workflows, automation, permissions, and approval processes.
  • Experience managing enterprise security, permissions, and governance.
  • Strong understanding of documentation lifecycle management and information architecture.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale Jira and Confluence environments across multiple teams.
  • Knowledge of governance frameworks and best practices for collaboration platforms.
  • Experience balancing platform scalability, usability, and security.
