Technical Skills (Skills and Abilities) Primary Skill: JIRA Administrator Mandatory skills:
o Extensive experience with Atlassian Jira Software/Server and Jira Service Management Data Center Edition (4+ years)
o Extensive experience building Automation for Jira automation rules
o Extensive experience building and maintaining Jira security with groups, project roles, issue roles, permission schemes, issue security schemes, etc.
o Extensive experience with Scriptwriter , including Groovy Scripting
o Experience using/extending Jira REST APIs
o Experience with HTML/JavaScript/CSS for user facing customizations
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills
o Excellent attention to detail
o Strong problem-solving skills
Desired skills:
o Experience integrating Jira with downstream reporting solutions
o Experience developing Jira Data Center Extensions using Java SDK
o Knowledge of software development lifecycle; preferably with Agile, Kanban/Scrum

- Work with partner teams to negotiate and develop upstream and downstream data integrations
- Maintain documentation, scripting and/or tooling to aid in promoting configurations across environments
- Perform peer work reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Follow good SLC practices including source code control, automated unit testing, automated builds, configuration management, comprehensive documentation, testing and project promotion procedures
