Job description

Description:
  • Jira, JSM, and Confluence administrator working to implement complicated projects and automation, as well as troubleshoot for users and server problems
  • Creating and updating Jira projects and Confluence spaces for internal company instances
  • Maintaining JIRA/Confluence instance health with troubleshooting, version upgrades, and server monitoring
  • Assist with end-user requests and problems, including permission changes, adding fields, tweaking workflows, and updating automation
  • Develop declarative and scripted automation for end-users and administration
  • Foster usage of Confluence as an internet and repository of internal documentation

Job Requirements
Requirements:
  • 2+ years as a Jira administrator on a server or data center instance, with data center being preferable
  • Experience creating and working with with complex workflows, automation, and integrations
  • Experience troubleshooting server problems and working with the server administrator to fix bugs
  • Experience with Confluence and Jira Service Management (formerly Service Desk) is preferred
  • Ability to write Groovy scripts is a plus
  • Prior usage of ScriptRunner, Salesforce Connector, Issue Templates, Jira Workflow Toolbox, Automation for Jira, or Advanced Roadmaps (formerly Portfolio) is a plus
  • Ability to gather requirements and implement new projects, apps, integrations, and features
  • Experience working with other tech and business teams as project lead to roll out new initiatives
