Responsibilities:
• Support and enhance the **Atlassian Jira Cloud environment**.
• Maintain, optimize, and expand **Jira Software** and **Jira ITSM** projects.
• Design, configure, and manage Jira projects, workflows, automations, and permissions.
• Develop and refine **JQL queries** to support reporting and business operations.
