What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in your assigned territory (Raleigh, NC).
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert those leads into sales.
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that increase their productivity and profitability.
- Educate customers on the company's products and services, highlighting their value proposition and competitive advantages.
- Manage existing accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain accurate records within the company's CRM system.
Who You Are
- A self-motivated and ambitious individual with a technical automation niche background, robotics preferred
- Experienced in B2B sales, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
- Possesses strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- In-depth knowledge of industrial automation products and solutions is required.
