Icetec has developed a SaaS platform that optimizes for energy costs and carbon dioxide emissions for large institutional, industrial, and commercial customers and is looking for a Project Manager with experience managing IT integration who can lead the implementation efforts for large projects. This role would also be responsible for managing the technical aspects of key accounts after implementation to ensure that clients' needs are being met on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities:
Project Implementation
● Leading complex software service project kick off, setting customer expectations, clear explanation of project plan and roles and ongoing calls
● Coordinating with clients’ IT departments for successful implementation: secure and reliable data exchange between different devices and systems
● Implementation/Integration Planning: Developing a strategy for integrating different IT systems, including hardware, software, and data systems.
● Documentation: Creating documentation to support the integrated systems, including network diagrams, user manuals and technical specifications.
● Communication: Describing process of site IT / hardware / software integration to technical and nontechnical customer audiences
● Responsible for design, scheduling, configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization, as well as collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation
● Remote management solutions
● Initial troubleshooting of connection/network issues
● Follow up with customer contacts
● Drive process with customer and external team
● Security compliance reviews
● Improving and streamlining implementation process
Ongoing
● Technical account management
● Maintenance of data systems[2]
● Data source coordination, organization and documentation
● Triage troubleshooting of connection/network issues
Education/Qualifications/Experience:
● Certified in PMI-PMP, Six Sigma or similar preferred
● Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
● 5+ years of experience as a project manager
