Position Overview:
We are searching for a dynamic, certified Pilates Instructor to deliver high-energy, low-impact workouts that build core strength, flexibility, and overall stability. Your classes will be integral to our recovery and strength curriculum within Group X.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver well-structured Pilates classes focused on alignment, posture, and controlled movement.
  • Engage and motivate members with clear cueing and encouraging coaching.
  • Modify exercises as needed to accommodate varying fitness levels and injuries.
  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the studio environment.
  • Collaborate with the team to continuously evolve the Group X experience.
Qualifications:

  • Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat preferred).
  • CPR/AED certified (or ability to obtain).
  • 1+ year experience teaching group Pilates classes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
